A disputa judicial est\u00e1 na autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o, dada em primeira inst\u00e2ncia, cassada por liminar em segunda inst\u00e2ncia e agora restabelecida pelos desembargadores em colegiado, da quebra do sigilo banc\u00e1rio de Zanone Manuel de Oliveira J\u00fanior, advogado de Ad\u00e9lio.<\/p>\n<p>Com a decis\u00e3o, o TRF-1 abre caminho de uma frente de apura\u00e7\u00e3o que visa concluir se o autor da facada agiu sozinho ou a mando de algu\u00e9m. No entanto, a hip\u00f3tese de um mandante por tr\u00e1s do atentado foi encerrada em maio do ano passado pelo delegado federal Rodrigo Morais.
